In Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd., once a querry is received through mail or by phone call or with the help of the IVR-CRM team a physical survey of the site is done. The customer is given a quotation and after receiving the approval of the customer the purchase order report is finalized. This report consists of the CFR (Consignment Fixed Report) and the Agenda for the whole program for packing is made.
This agenda consists of the-

• GC NO., etc
After discussing the date and time of shifting with the customer the packers and the supervisor reach the site accordingly. The work process begins with-
- Packing (a "Packing List" is prepared where the list of items that are being packed are noted down)
- Loading (GC or Goods Consignment is prepared along with it FOV is also given)
- Unloading
- Unpacking (Receiving is taken on the GC and the POD- Proof of Delivery is made)
- Placement of the goods is the final step where the packers help in placing all the goods in the new set-up
The packing of goods involves the use of different kinds of materials and packing stuff. These include:

- Bubble Roll

The company also provides the "ESCOT Service". In this facility a person from the company goes along with the truck and makes sure that the driver doesnot waste any time on the way.
